Come out and join Troop 55 for the New Scout Campout in Chappell Hill, TX.

We'll have all our new scout recruits, and we need some of you (NYLT-Trained) older scouts to welcome them in!
 

Sign-up will be open until Tuesday, Jan. 20th at 11am. T55 Scouts should plan to arrive Friday by 7pm. New Scouts and their parents are expected at 8am Saturday morning. There will be no formal, troop-offered transport for this campout except for those scouts arriving Friday night to help run the wekend.

All new scouts must have their T55 medical and membership forms turned in prior to the campout.

DIRECTIONS TO CAMPSITE:   
1 hour and 15 minutes from Houston.  Take Highway 290 northwest to Chappell Hill (notice the spelling of Chappell with 2-Ps & 2-Ls).  At the Chappell Hill traffic light, turn right and go north on FM 1155 about 7.6 miles to dead end at FM 2193.  Turn left on FM 2193 and go about 300 yards and turn left through gate (code is 1775) at Webb Lane.  Follow signage & flagging to parking area near campsite and check-in with the Campmaster, Marty Allday (Orange Cap).
 
OUR CAMPGROUND:  Jack Webb Ranch on “Webb Lane.” Enter through ranch gate on South side of FM 2193, about 300 yards West of FM 1155.
