SPECIFIC TO WEBELOS:
Webelos and Parents are invited

You are invited to camp out with us Dec 1, Friday evening to Dec 2 Saturday afternoon, OR arrive Sat Dec 2 and check-in before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and stay until 3:00 p.m.

If you still need a camping night to fulfill the Webelos rank requirement, the overnight camping opportunity will  be available FRIDAY Dec 1. Please plan to arrive by 7:00 p.m. The Webelos will have their own designated camping area; just as the other patrols are separated primarily based on age.

Webelos and their parents must present their Youth Protection Training and Med forms to Mr. Cavender, the campmaster, immediately upon check-in and arrival. This is BSA policy. Unfortunately, if you do not have these forms you will not be allowed to stay.

Multiple shooting events for Boy Scouts will be ongoing and for your protection we are asking for your compliance this year will the following:

We will have Webelos specific activities** scheduled from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Satuday, December 3rd with departure and check-out scheduled at 3:00 p.m. Check in and check out with the camp masters is necessary.

**Webelos are not eligible to participate in any shooting sports or archery.
